Over a four year period, Smokin' Ed's Carolina Reaper has averaged 1.474 million on the Scoville Scale."

New Seasoning Blends for Popcorn and More

Salt & Vinegar Powder The classic flavor combination
Tart and tangy, this fine powdered seasoning will transform French fries and homemade chips into an addicting accompaniment to any casual meal. We like it on fried fish. Bars will value it's ability to stimulate their customers' thirst by serving it up on some popcorn.
Balsamic Vinegar & Sea Salt Seasoning with Roasted Garlic & Rosemary
The easiest way to add "class" to fries, as well as any number of foods. Sprinkle onto popcorn and you could serve it at the Opera! We shake a few dashes of it over roasted carrots and serve it along side a London broil.
Honey Mustard Seasoning made with French's Mustard
Ever had honey mustard popcorn? No? I didn't think so. You can get honey mustard pretzels, so why not put it on your popcorn, too? We like it on potato wedges and our kid sprinkles it onto chicken nuggets. Makes a Honey Mustard dipping sauce, too.
Honey Mustard & Onion Seasoning with a touch of Worcestershire Sauce
This well-rounded, savory flavor profile seasons popcorn as well as roasted red potatoes. I've mixed it with mayo to make a quick and easy potato salad dressing. It even stirs up a quick and easy Honey Mustard and Onion dip for your potato chips and pretzels.
BBQ Rib Flavored Seasoning seasoned with Butt Rub
Sure, you can make an awesome snack by shaking this over popcorn, but why stop there? We add it to cooked green beans, baked beans, home fries, and pork rinds and find it simply irresistible! Down home flavors, just simpler to apply. No shame in that!
Movie Theaters' Secret Popcorn Salt The secret's out of the bag!
If you're always trying to make popcorn as good as what you get at the movie theater, but it's never quite the same, look no further! This is the perfectly seasoned buttery salt they're using and now you can, too!
New Cotton Candy Sugars
Not just for making cotton candy!

We use "floss sugar" in baking to add color and flavor to any dessert recipe that calls for granulated sugar. You can also sprinkle directly onto desserts as a flavorful and colorful finishing sugar. We currently offer 5 flavors/colors.

Recipe: Cotton Candy Frosting Recipe: Cotton Candy Hard Candy
Perfect for topping cupcakes and cakes Quick and easy homemade candy
1 cup milk
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup cotton candy sugar
1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup real butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract

1. In a small saucepan, whisk together milk and flour.
2. Cook mixture over medium-high heat just until boiling, stirring often.
3. Pour mixture into a mixing bowl and allow to cool.
4. When the mixture is cooled, add remaining ingredients to bowl and beat with an electric mixer on medium for 12 minutes, or until sugar has dissolved completely (if the frosting is gritty, keep beating).
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 cups cotton candy sugar
1 cup water
2/3 cup light corn syrup

1. Generously coat a cookie sheet with powdered sugar; set aside.
2. In a heavy saucepan, stir together cotton candy sugar, water, and corn syrup until sugar has dissolved. Over medium-high heat, bring mixture to a boil and then cook until a candy thermometer reads 300 - 310 degrees F (hard crack stage).
3. Immediately pour the mixture slowly and evenly onto prepared cookie sheet. When the candy is cool enough for the outer edges to hold their shape, cut into bite-size pieces with scissors.
4. Cool completely before storing in a zip-top bag.
