chicken strips, fried shrimp, or whatever needs saucin'! Great
for basting baked or grilled wings as well. Formulated with
butter right in the sauce. |

Recipe : Chicken Wings like Hooters'

1 cup
all-purpose flour
1 tsp.
salt
1/2 tsp.
granulated garlic
1/2 tsp.
cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp.
ground black pepper
20 chicken wing segments
1 bottle
Nate Dog's Wing Sauce |

- In a shallow dish, combine
flour, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and peppers.
- Coat chicken entirely in the flour mixture; refrigerate
coated wings for 1 hour; coat chicken again with remaining
flour mixture.
- Pour your wing sauce into a small saucepan and keep warm on
stove top.
- Deep-fry chicken, 8 - 10 pieces at a time, in 375 degree oil
(vegetable oil, canola oil, or peanut oil) for 13 minutes,
turning once or twice.
- Drain chicken on a wire cooling rack for 30 seconds, then
immediately toss fried chicken in wing sauce and remove with a
slotted spoon.
- Repeat with remaining chicken.
- Serve wings with celery and
Buttermilk Ranch Dressing on the side. |

8 oz.
cream cheese
1/4 cup dark beer or milk
2 Tbls.
spicy mustard
1/2 tsp.
Worcestershire sauce
1 packet
Cheddar Beer Dip Mix
1/4 cup sliced green onion |

- In a small saucepan over low
heat, melt cream cheese.
- Stir beer/milk, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce into
saucepan.
- Stir in Cheddar Beer Dip Mix, and then green onions.
- Serve fondue hot with 'Lil Smokies, soft pretzels, chips, and rye
bread cubes. |
